is i5 7500 good?

Hello!!

Is i5 7500+MSI1060 gaming x 6b good enough to play the most recents games, or will this have some stuttering.
Im asking this becouse i5 7500 only have 4 cores and 4 threads

Should be fine for the significant majority of games. Until quite recently the common wisdom was that anything more than 4C/4T was a waste for gaming, and even now few games really require more.

Require was the wrong word. Should have said "show meaningful improvement" with more that 4C/4T. I don't know off the top of my head which those would be, but I think a couple examples would be ashes of the singularity and Civ VI.
