Is this a good built? Do it have any bottleneck?

I suppose 8th-gen Intel isn't available where you live? Also, H110 motherboard will need a BIOS update to run a 7th-gen CPU. If it doesn't have the update you can't install it without a 6th-gen CPU.

Other than that there wouldn't be a bottleneck and it would perform well enough if it worked. I would prefer faster RAM (2400) on a B250 mobo if going with i5-7400.
