My brand new 1060 3gb underperforming.

I just bought my new ASUS 1060 3gb DUAL and she is underperformig (switched from gtx 750). In games its powerful but the loading screens are 3 times longer. And normal web browsing is slow too. Im very dissapointed because of that. I have tried everything. DDU and istalled latest drivers. Can somebody help me with this?

Specs:

CPU: i5-6400
GPU: ASUS 1060 3gb DUAL
PSU: Corsair CS650W
RAM: ddr3 something.

PS: Could MOBO Upgrade help with this. I think i have wrong PCI-e Slot. 1060 reguires 3.0 and i have 2.0 i think.

If your FPS is fine and loading screens are an issue it might relate more to lack of system memory (RAM) or your storage drive. While seeing a loading screen your game is doing exactly that, loading up textures etc. so it's directly related to your PC's ability to process that data quickly.

What storage do you currently have?
