You're probably just on the edge of thermal throttling. Technically yes it's still safe, but if it were me I'd try to aim to be in the mid-70s. What is your cooler?

Your voltages look off, you should be hitting those clocks with about 1.25v not 1.275v, in fact a tad bit lower than that.

Good mention, i saw most people around 1.27-1.3v soo i assumed that would be my range aswell. I will drop it to 1.25v and see if it is stable.

Oh another thing that might be helpful: Max 70 Degrees when not overclocked.
