I left a magnetic charger attached to my metal computer case while the charger and computer were on. Once I turned the computer off, I noticed the fans were still running and the light was on, but my screen was showing no input. I thought nothing of it and turned off my power cord during this.

The following morning I tried turning on my PC, but nothing happened. I removed the magnetic charger and tried again. Still nothing.

The lights on the motherboard for power, reset, and the type LED light up when power is plugged in.

Solution
I did a lot of things, and it eventually started working again. Here's a list of stuff I tried.
Took the system out of a case and onto the cardboard mobo box
Removed GPU and left 1 stick of ram in it
Removed all unneeded connections to the motherboard, including ssd/hdd's
Turned PSU on, held power, turned PSU off, let go of power when the lights turned off

What I did before it worked was I pressed a bunch of buttons next to the clear cmos battery, then the power button and it turned on.

I unfortunately don't have the means to test a fan. At one point though, my keyboard would light up for an instant before turning off again when the system was plugged in.
