Hard disk usage goes up to 100% while playing GTA V, Hardisk is just like a month old, this error also used to occur in old hard disk then it failed.
I am unable to understand what cause this issue as I tried eveything like turning off Superfetch and indexing. It also occur while normal usage of pc like browsing. I also got this error (https://imgur.com/D4Vf6lT) for my new hard disk.
My spec- Asus R9 270x
i3 6th generation 6098p
1TB Toshiba HDD
VIP Gold 500 Watt SMPS
Gigabyte GA- H110 S2
12 GB HyperX RAM
