Looking for Memory solution

I have a 8GB ram of 2400 mhz.Should I upgrade it to 16 Gb or i replace it by buying a 8GB ram of 3200 mhz?Im on a tight budget btw!!

If you are gaming i recommend you to upgrade to 16 gb, because most of newer games are now using more than 8 gb of RAM. So in my opinion is more important to have more memory or at least 16 gb than having more speed but with only 8 gb. Also memory speed is not a big deal in games, you can only see an improvement of 3-5 fps difference in some games, so if u have tight budget is better for you upgrade to 16 gb first and then maybe in the future for a high speed RAM.
