What should I upgrade

2x8GB DDR3-2133MHz 1.65v ram kit would benefit your system's APU. Mind you, you will need to ditch the old ram kit, since you're running off the APU's integrated GPU. What sort of a games are you talking about? If you're going to drop in a discrete GPU, I wouldn't suggest anything above a GTX1050Ti 4GB while in that form factor and on that 300W PSU.

it's a hard call to make... but overall your system is just behind on everything.

CPU, still has some performance for today, but it is behind.
Ram, good amount
HDD, really slow for a desktop PC, you should have at least a 7200RPM drive or an SSD (preferable)
Graphics, without knowing which one exactly... it's still on the low end

What would your budget be? If I had to pick ONE out of all, it would be the Graphics card... but, how much better things will get... not very clear lets say. you could go to an RX570 GPU.

I would honestly go with a major upgrade, or just though it out till I can't no more.

Here's an example of something that would be viable
