have a freesync monitor, and I want to upgrade my R9 380 and I was thinking buying a reference Vega 56 that on my country is at 536 US because I like amd software and the freesync feature, but I'm a little skeptical about the reference cooler performance, I really love msi and their cooler, but I don't feel comfortable with the nvidia softwares and the msi GTX 1070ti gaming is at 634 USD on my country but I'm not sure if worth the extra money for lower temperatures and a little more performance, there are no 1070 on my country, I hope someone with Vega 56/64 reference cooler can share their experiences, the brand for the reference is sapphire, and waiting for custom cards is not an option here

I down an AMD 56 card but I haven't heard anything negative about their blower card coolers. If your case doesn't have great airflow then a reference design should be a good choice since only the card will be heating up and help keep the rest of your system cool.

Do you live in a warm area in your country? Is Power Consumption an issue for you? I'd go with the 1070ti over the Vega 56 if those things are important to you, if not then I'd perhaps the Vega 56 might be in better because in the long run it'll probably be better, but keep in mind Nvidia does have good hardware out there for todays games.

My country average temperature is 22 Celsius, is not warm, but ma case doesn't have the best airflow, don't really worried about power consumption, main focus point is durability of the cooler and the card
