For $250 you'll get a better experience gaming on a console. The listed pc won't run anything higher than MS hearts or Solitaire or other online Windows games

surprisingly; go to www.newegg.com and look under computer desktop refurbished. there are hundreds of computers in your price range. there you can find core i5's w/8gb for 150$
