Solution
Ok, my best guess is motherboard. Since your motherboard is a G31 chipset it has built in integrated graphics (yes the motherboard has the graphics chip). Based on your graphics issues and power issues it seems like the integrated graphics on the board may be shot. Do you have a dedicated GPU to test this theory?

Any cheap PCI Express or an old PCI (they cost nothing to $5) GPU would be fine, but I honestly doubt that will fix the issue. Test with another PSU and if that doesn't help, then the motherboard probably is the issue; did you visually inspect it to make sure there are no bulged or leaking capacitors?

as far as visually inspection is concerned no,there is no leakage of capacitors found.
well, about the psu,i must say that is fine, works with other cpu..
service centre doubted about either VRM section has got damaged or VG.

well, particularly this G31 (ASUS P5KPL-AM/PS) motherboard has much more integrated circuit which now a days is not available in the market. as a replacement there is one ZEBRONICS ZEB-G31 but that is much less integrated and lasts hardly for one year..
so,if i can rescue my older one, will be satisfied with servicing...☺️

If it's the motherboard (you confirmed the PSU works fine), then you need to buy a replacement; it could be another used ASUS P5KPL-AM/PS or a similar motherboard that provides the features that you need. What features does that entry-level motherboard provide that you absolutely need and are not available on newer motherboards?

yeah dude.. that's the solid point you figured out and i admire of it.. but my hope is that the used repaired motherboard will last more than that of a new.. yeah you are absolutely right at this point.

can you reccomend me a suitable motherboard which will be compatible with all of my components and also be available in the market..?
