Bad PSU or is it something else

PC will automatically restart randomly. I have the restart option disabled in the "advanced hardware settings."
I have tried looking the problem up on this site but the solutions I have tried haven't worked, I'm probably doing something incorrectly.

I had this issue before I bought the nice case and AIO liquid cooler. I contacted EVGA and they said that if it were to be a bad PSU, I would have to pay shipping to get refund ( at which, Imight as well buy a new PSU from NEWEGG if I were to wait so long.

FX CPUs are very unstable on motherboards like yours.

Which hardware revision of the motherboard do you have (bottom left near a screw: Rev. 4.1, 5.0 or 6.0)?

update your BIOS within BIOS iself via Q-Flash and an usb flash drive with BIOS file on it. Don´t flash/update in windows

try out another power supply

Before I got into overclocking GPUs and CPUs, I didn't have the AIO liquid cooler, the PC came with a 400W PSU and it would have the same issue.

The motherboard would be the most probable cause. If the BIOS update won´t help, I would look for a new system like ryzen R5 or intel 8th gen

if the budget is tight, get a 990FX chipset motherboard with lots of voltage regulators (VRM)/power phases

I meant to buy a used 990FX board and not a new one
should be about 60-90$
But like said, it´s a dead platform and you won´t be able to upgrade with it.

it´s the better chipset, but only 4+1 power phases as well like yours. Don´t buy

Wow, it's been quite difficult finding a Mobo. that has one higher or better than "4+1 power pashes."
I don't care if I can't make future CPU related upgrades as I just want the build to be stable as i just recently got fired.

can´t open the site but the motherboard is a good one. If it´s below 100$, it will be ok.

Just wanted to say "But": there is still the possibility, that the CPU is faulty or other components are responsible for the crashes.

would check if the RAM is ok, check with memtest.org USB auto installer
HDD with chrystal disk info
CPU temperature with amd overdrive (implemented in the AMD driver)

try running 3dmark
run 3dmark basic edition , click on compare result online after that and post the address from your upcoming browser

Which BIOS version is installed? Have a look inside BIOS

Ill be sure to test all of that once I get back and have time, actually heading to bed now!
Will most certainly be sure to run multiple benchmarks for a more accurate score.

Sky Diver:17,944... Fire Strike: 7076... Time Spy: 2695... As always, repeating the benchmarks will just show a margin of few points difference.
