Hello everyone. I have recently bought a new dual band router because I had issues with my last one (family is too big, multiple devices connected, thought my dir-610 couldn't handle it because it had only one antenna).

Anyway, I place my router next to my PC monitor, in a closed room. I'm currently using the 5ghz band, so I don't think congestion is the problem.

When pinging to 192.168.0.1 in cmd, is shows sometimes the normal >1ms >2ms >1ms lattency and sometimes it gets as high as >173ms >200ms >50ms

Rebooting the router helped for like 5 minutes.

Does anyone know what could be causing the issue?

1) TP Link Archer c60

2) Well, my router says it's up to date atleast. But I haven't searched in any TP Link website.

3) Currently, 5 devices wirelessly. 3 phones and two laptops. Maximum is 9 devices, when everyone is home, plus my PC, which uses a wired connection.
