2x120mm case fan vs 1 240mm radiator

So I’ve been thinking about my next build and looked between the dual set of regular case fans that are around $25 total and regular air radiators that are around $50. Assuming some of the basic specs include a pretty recent core i5 and a gtx 1060, which one should I get? This would be mounted at the top of the case.

Ah crap, just realized radiators are for water cooling. I’m only a first timer here still doing research and well, now I know. I’ll just get the fans. I’ll give you the “best answer” for being a part of this thread.
