Recently got a used ThinkPad X200s, it originally came with Windows Vista that i replaced with an install of Windows 7 Pro x64, installed the latest driver for the intel gma 4500mhd gpu and installed some other drivers for the system then started updating the system, then i wanted to watch some 720p60fps video from youtube, which appeared to work flawlessly, until i opened another window, then the entire aero theme started to mess itself up (examples in the end of the post), however switching to the basic theme seems to fix the problem (but problem is, im not that fond of the windows basic theme), so then i booted into windows safe mode and ran the ddu so i could revert back to the microsoft's provided driver, and wola, it seemed to work flawlessly when playing a youtube video @ 720p60fps, so then i installed intel's driver again to see if it was a bad install, but the issue i had before was still around with that driver, so i took the assumption that the driver was bad, uninstalled it with ddu and went to sleep, now today, i wanted to play a movie from my network share, it seemed to be fine at first but when i opened another window, it went crazy again, so... does anybody know the cause of this issue?

Edit: SKU is 74695XG, also seems to be upgraded from 2gb's of ram to 3gb's

Which version of Intel GMA drivers did you install? Did you make sure everything is up to date? Including the BIOS? Would you happen to have the link from where you sourced your drivers from? Please include the SKU to your Thinkpad for us to understand the specs of it.

Hi Lutfij! Im using driver 151719 (x64), not everything is up to date since i dont want to find every individual driver (the os has drivers for most of the hardware anyways), and no, my BIOS is not up to date, should i update it? I got the GMA drivers from Intel's official website (https://goo.gl/2iwtSa), SKU is 74695XG and the original post has been updated with this info, also seems to be upgraded from 2gb's of ram to 3gb's
