After several years of searching, I acquired a XPS 730x chassis a few years ago and built a custom computer in it using the following components.

Mobo - ASUS Maximus VIII Ranger
CPU - Intel Core i7-6700k
GPU - MSI Gaming 980ti

I am interested in installing a custom water loop to cool the cpu/gpu/mobo but am curious about how to set up the airflow within the case. Here is a link to a pic of the case with nothing in it.

My current plan is to mount a 2x120mm radiator in the front with a push pull config pushing air out of the case. for intake fans, I can put a 120mm fan on the back right next to the motherboard I/O shield and plan on 3D printing an adapter to mount a 92mm fan in the extra Expansion slots above the GPU.

I know having one of the intake fans being at the top of the case goes against normal airflow designs but I am limited due to the design of the case. Would my planned setup work or are there changes I can make to better optimize the cooling?
