About to pit together a new rig and the ONLY hardware I am missing is a cpu fan. My question is: will my old cpu stock fan (i5 2400, lga1155) be compatible on a new i5 7600k? I assume the cooling will be mediocre but as of the next 2 weeks, that will be my only option for getting my rig started. Thanks for the help, I appreciate any answers!
