If your fan hub doesn't have PWM cable that goes to the MoBo then you can't adjust your fan speeds and they run 100% all the time. But if your fan hub does have PWM cable then you need to connect that into CPU_FAN1 header for adjusting fan speeds.

EDIT : Yes, it worked. But i wanted to ask if you have any fan speed controlling programm you would recommend? As right now my mobo keeps switching the fan speeds of all fans very regularly which i find a bit annoying.
I take that your MoBo controls all your fans via CPU temp. If you don't like the default aggressive fan curve then you can set more relaxed fan profile from within your BIOS.
For software control, i prefer using BIOS to control my fans since that doesn't give any issues. Though, there are fan control softwares out there that you can try, one most popular is Speedfan (i also have it installed but i don't use it),
