Hello my friend asked me to post here as he needs to buy a new computer for gaming as what i put up for him is this as he needs it to buy in a week or so just to use it later he will be buying graphics card will it be good build for gaming with gtx 1060 or maybe he will get better one

I wouldn't pair the 7600K with a B250 board though - and you'll need a CPU cooler.

If he has no desire to OC, then I'd look to a locked i7 + B250 board.
With some modifications, you still stay around budget

Solution
If you are going the quad core route you might want to look at an i3-8350k (same 4 cores and 4 threads as a 7600k), and a cheap Z370 board. You will need a CPU cooler though unless he already has one.

Another option for you to consider. I went with an i5 8400. It won't overclock, but it will turbo boost up to at least 3.8-4.0 depending on core and temp. You get 6c/6t with the new i5's.
