Need to run as administrator to work properly and to connect with the internet.

Hi, i would like to ask how can i fix this. it just happened randomly, so here's the thing, My steam, Blizzard App, Garena, and also Google Chrome doesn't cannot to the internet when they're not running as administrator. and also my computer always ask me if i want to allow the following program to unknown publisher to make changes on my computer this happens when i open Regedit, Services, Windows Firewall, and more. Please help on what can i do, Please reply. Thank you so much

Are you a local administrator on your system?

It sounds like you are and its just UAC causing issues. Tried to disable UAC and reboot your PC.

Type UAC in the search field on your taskbar. (If the search field isn't visible, right-click the Start button and choose Search.)
Click Change User Account Control settings in the search results.
Then do one of the following:
To turn UAC off, drag the slider down to Never notify and click OK.
To turn UAC on, drag the slider up to the desired level of security and click OK.
You may be prompted to confirm your selection or enter an administrator password.
Reboot your computer for the change to take effect.

Have you actually tried to disable UAC?

yes. but i turned it back on,

my PC is acting weird, this thing just randomly happened. i mean steam doesn't want to run as administrator it gives me warning about turning it on. thats the reason why i cant use steam or blizzard.

All you said was that, you tried and it turned it back on. Not if it worked or not.

If it worked just leave UAC off then...
