I revived my old computer (might be too far gone).
It was built in '08 and here are the original parts.
ASUS M3N78-EM mobo
AMD Athlon 64 x2 dual core 6000+ 3.1ghz processor
WDC 320GB hard drive
4gb ram ddr2 (1 stick)
windows xp home-oem, sp3

I upgraded to windows 10 home, added 4gb ram ddr2, and msi amd Radeon rx550 gpu.

For the first month of running the gpu, there was no issue playing World of Warcraft. (Not a graphics-intensive game) 2 days ago, the game was freezing and crashing, despite having 90+FPS consistently (I put it on the lowest graphics settings). Yesterday, it froze repeatedly. I got the latest update for windows, troubleshooted via the game client files itself, and updated the amd radeon gpu via the official program. after doing all of those things, it appeared to be working, but then crashed, giving the red screen of death and forcing a restart. I tried logging into the game today, and it froze before beginning it. YouTube and other things are working fine, I believe it would have to be the gpu.
