So, I have an Asus m5a97 mother board, and have had for the longest time Kingston DDR3 HyperX FURY 2x4GB 1600MHz Cas9 installed on it. Today I decided to buy another pair, only difference is, it's Cas10, installed it and the pc seems to have slowed down significantly, any way to solve this?

The old memory has never been tested with the new memory so there is no guarantee it will work or how it will work if the PC does boot up.

Memory is guaranteed in the form it is sold in, not by matching up part numbers.

You don't seem to know what the memory is actually running at, only that the PC is slower. Such combinations of memory you have made are for "do it yourself" compatibility testing and are not anything recommended by most people or any memory manufacturer.
