MSI h110M motherbored HELP

When i turn on my my pc everything turns on and functions such as the fans and Ethernet port. i do not get any screen of bios or anything when i start the pc. the EZ debug LED shows a short flash on the cpu and a long flash for the dram any idea what is causing this?

I have a Msi h110m gaming motherboard
INTEL i5 6400
Msi geforce gtx 1050 ti
Ballistix 2x8GB ram
480 watt power supply

Have you plugged in the power supplies 6-pin power connector into the GTX 1050ti?
Is the ram pushed all the way down into their slots?
What model exactly is the Ballistix ram?

There is no 6 pin power connector for the 1050 ti and ive tried installing the ram in different slots multiple times. And the ram is 2400 MT/s

Are you saying your 480 watt power supply has no 6-pin PCIe power connector? Does your MSI GTX 1050ti GPU not require a 6-pin PCIe power connector?
