Mobo: ASrock Pro4
CPU: R7 1700 X
GPU GTX 1070 Ti
PSU: EVGA B3 450W
Ram:8Gb DDR4 2400
I used to have a GTX 1050 Ti. I constantly reached FPS of 120-150 on CSGO, and couldn't reach Ultra settings on modern games without crazy lag. I upgraded to a 1070 Ti after watching benchmarks and reading specs and price, thinking it would be a good upgrade. After gettings it, I saw no FPS increase in CSGO at all, but was able to reach High-Ultra settings on games I was unable to, save a few. The game that's really killing me is CSGO, which is constantly stuttering and going into the low 90's.
I've updated my drivers, even uninstalled (manually and using DDU) and reinstalled the drivers from NVIDIA. I checked to see if maybe my PSU isn't giving enough power to the GPU, but my rig hasn't shut down, and after doing a few tests and using a calculator, I found out that the PSU is more than enough power for the card. I'm wondering if there's a setting that I have to change to fully use the new card, or am I missing something else?
