I want to upgrade my graphics card to a 1060 and was wondering if my current parts would be compatible.

My build is
Case: NZXT Phantom 240
CPU: Intel i5-4460 3.20 GHz 4 Cores
RAM: 8GB DDR3 @798 MHz
PSU: 400W
GPU: GTX 750 TI
Mobo: Intel B85M-D3V
Storage: 1TB HDD 6.0Gb/s SATA-III
Monitor: Samsung 4k 60Hz TV

Solution
Ok, well I would strongly suggest finding a way to budget a little more than that and going with this Seasonic unit. Not because it has Gold rated efficiency, which it does, but because it is a tremendously better unit with a superior internal design and much higher quality than the next closest unit I can recommend in this price range right now.

If you absolutely had to, you could go with this unit, but what...
PSU 400w doesn't tell us much. The wattage isn't nearly as important as the quality which is determined by the model.

What is the exact model number of your power supply? It will be on a label somewhere on one of the sides of the power supply. Usually it's on the back, but occasionally it is located on one of the four sides.

If you absolutely had to, you could go with this unit, but what you are getting is no where near as good as what you'd get with the Seasonic unit. (Although, it's still probably 3x as good as what you have now.)

Either of those unit will easily handle any GTX 1060 you would care to use.
