So I have a small network for my home/office. I use three 4g modems/routers for internet connectivity. One of these routers plugs directly into my desktop pc, the others plug into my netgear switch which my pc also plugs into. So from the switch I have a cable that runs to my asus router in the living room that I use for wifi and all my small entertainment devices. That connection is mainly used for streaming movies and pandora in the living room. So the question I have is how do I set up dhcp properly for this? Does each device need it enabled? It seems like I have random connectivity issues with it enabled on all of these devices.

You can only have a single DHCP server in your network. Any machine that is not suppose to use the main router for its internet you will need to set static ip addresses with a proper gateway

Home network equipment is not designed to be connected in the way you have done so it is going to be messy to even get to work. You could technically do it with a server to run dhcp since those have much more flexibility. It still would involve messy hard mapping of mac addresses to which router gateway they are to use.

Ok, if I install a load balancing router/switch would that solve my issues as long as I run DHCP only on the switch?

Ok, so if I'm understanding I can use that router to load balance my three 4g connections (which will have DHCP disabled). It will then be connected to my network switch a netgear pro safe JGS516PE, which is then connected to my 3 pcs, and my asus RT-AC68U wifi router (which is set in AP Mode with DHCP disabled) which is then connected to my home theater gear. I am also running a wifi extender that extends from the Asus router (DHCP Disabled). I will then set all my equipment to get IP's automatically from the router.
And without that new router I must set everything manually or run a DHCP server from my PC?
Thanks so much for your help!

Sorry, I meant my three 4g modems which also are routers will have DHCP disabled.
