Newly built PC, built yesterday.

Motherboard: Asrock B150M-HDV
CPU: Intel i5-7600
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport (2x 4 GB)
PSU: LC-Power LC600H-12 (600 watt)
DVD burner, SSD, fan controller integrated in the case, one 120-mm fan.

I turn on the computer.
After 18 seconds, it turns itself off.
After 4 seconds, it turns itself on, and stays on indefinitely.

Nothing is ever shown on the screen (VGA). No system beep, no POST.
Checked PSU following TomsHardware's guide: nothing unusual.
Tried an old PSU: same problem.
Tried disconnecting everything: same problem.
Tried using other RAM modules: same problem.
Tried using no RAM at all: the motherboard beeps as expected.

I'm desperate... My customer will get to me tomorrow to pay and bring the PC away!

Solution
Because the i5 7600 is the Kaby Lake, the B150 will need the BIOS to support it.

So open the case to check your MB BIOS version, there is a sticker on the BIOS chipset http://www.asrock.com/support/index.asp?cat=FindBIOS If the BIOS version is not the newer one, P7.00. And you will either return the B150 or ask someone for help, like the local PC shop or the place you bought the MB/CPU, to update the BIOS for you. Or buy the B250 or H270 for the i5 7600.

Yes. As I have stated, I've already tried disconnecting everything, even the power switch and the CPU fan.
Anyway, the case is completely painted in white, also internally, so no short-circuits can happen.

The sticker reads P1.60. I can't enter the BIOS.
Should this the problem, could I try a BIOS upgrade using temporarily an Intel i5 6500?
