I would greatly appreciate a recommendation regarding an upgrade from HD 7750 with 1GB.

Looking to boost frame rates on games like Watch Dogs 2.

Card needs to drive two monitors - 1 HDMI and 1 VGA - 1080p resolution.

System is:-

  • Phenom II X6 1100T
    ASUS M5A97
    8 gb (2 x 4gb) DDR3 1066
    128 GB SSD
    2x2GB Mirrored 7200RPM
    450W Power Supply
I don't mind hunting down a used card. Budget is < $150.

Just installed the 1050ti (EVGA Superclocked at a BestBuy door crasher for $99) and breathed new life into the ageing system. I wasn't expecting such a huge difference in games - many games can even be played on high settings.

Just installed the 1050ti (EVGA Superclocked at a BestBuy door crasher for $99) and breathed new life into the ageing system. I wasn't expecting such a huge difference in games - many games can even be played on high settings.
