Hi

just wrote a big long description with loads of info for my issue and the page crashed so now I present the short version. ;)

my computer restarts when i play graphically intense games, from the results in the picture below does anyone think it could be my PSU? I built the computer in 2012. I have changed the GPU which helped for a very little while (but now I suspect it was that just because it was a smaller GPU I actually downgraded the card, less power consumption?) I've posted an idle pic of open hardware manager. Later on I'll post one of the PC under stress.
any help appreciated thanks.

hi
glad you ask It was in the original post until the crash haha

it's a OCZ STEALTHXSTREAM2 600W I have read a couple reviews says it ages fast, when I bought it I thought 600watt was overkill maybe I miscalculated what I needed.

You didnt list your specs but I’d assume it’s not a matter of it being undersized, just that it had iffy components. Then again, even a good brand psu can have issues.

If you can buy a new psu from a store with free returns I’d start there.

you know what I think at very worst its worth a punt on a new psu is there any you can recommend? I'm gonna go way oversize like 750 800 watt.
