My windows 10 (64 bit) only seems to be working when it uses 4 out of the available 8GB of ram. When it does run with 8Gb of ram Windows seems to BSOD with different errors each time (win32base.sys failed, IRQL, Critical Structure Corruption, etc). I have tried a memory test from within windows but no errors were detected. I tried chkdsk /r and no errors. I did sfc /scannow and no errors. I have no clue what is going on.
I just tried the ram in different slots but it failed to boot to windows at all, looping on the Motherboard flash screen. Any assistance would be helpful.
Specs:-
Motherboard : MSI x370 Gaming Pro Carbon
CPU : AMD Ryzen 5 1600 Six-Core Processor
GPU : MSI RX480 Gaming X 8GB
RAM : Team Group Delta RGB 8GB (2x4GB) (Sticks in slots A2 and B2; RAM is stated as 2400Mhz but BIOS shows it running at 2133Mhz if that makes a difference)
Storage : Crucial 240GB SSD and 1TB Hard Drive

So I tried your suggestion, once with both RAM stick, and once with each ram stick in DIMMA2.
All three times no errors were recorded, through all passes and tests. Surely that can conclude that the RAM is not faulty, correct?
