Lately my monitors have randomly been going black and last night upon booting up my computer I heard the beep sequence to verify Im beginning to have graphics card issues.

Im looking to replace mine and was hoping to get some suggestions as I forgot much of my knowledge since building this PC in 2011. Here is what I have...

ASUSP8P67 Deluxe Motherboard
Intel i7 2600k Processor
Corsair Pro HX850 Power Supply
(4) 8g Low Profile Corsair Vengeance
Nvidia GTX570 Graphics Card

Solution

Well I think something like a Nvidia GT 1030 would suit your needs nicely. It's cheap more than powerful enough for your needs, I would say at least 50% more powerful than a 570 likely more.

With your budget you could get a GTX 1060, but for just audio recording and photoshop it would go to waste. I would only spend that kind of money on a GPU if you are a gamer or need need it for some other application that would actually make good use of it.

Budget? Is this PC for gaming? Something like a GTX 1060 or RX 580 would be a good fit. If you are just using the PC to say browse the web and check email just plug your display cable directly into the motherboard and use the integrated graphics of the CPU.

I use this PC mostly for Audio Recording and photoshop. Dont need the craziest graphics card but I dont want to use the onboard or a not so good one.
Ny budget it probably under 300 dollars

I would recommend a GTX 1050 or a GTX 1050Ti as the GT 1030 is almost a 40% speed reduction versus the GTX 570 in those workloads. Anything more than that is going to be overkill for what you are trying to do.
