In a fit of frustration to close my back panel i held my cabinet from front side and slapped the end if my back planel very violently to fit it 5 or 7 times. My gpu was not in. My i5 8600k with hyper 212 x was there. Its a new proccy 4 days old. I am regretting violently slapping pc case. Did the cause any harm? I am freaking out.. should i? The system is running now no issues. But my ocd is killing me please help.

Maybe see a therapist? Not to be rude but I think your OCD is the only real issue here.

How could I know if there is any invisible damage? Like I said if it works it is more than likely fine. Your computer is not made out of thin glass, your not going to break it by giving a few pats on the back.

Well if it work's I'm sure it's fine. Sounds like your being a little paranoid lol. Maybe if you shook the case with a very heavy cpu cooler installed you could possibly damage the motherboard socket, but I doubt hitting the back of the case a few times is going to hurt anything.
