Ok, so I'm building a new PC. Ryzen 5 1600 based build. Initially went for an MSI Gaming X 6gb for GPU. Turns out it isn't available here (Croatia) so decided to choose between Gigabyte Aorus GTX 1060 Xtreme Edition ($436) and G1 Gaming (395$).
Now, I found this guy selling used Aorus (mentioned model) for $343. He says he bought it on company's account when it was cheaper. Says it was 3 months in use and it has 33 months of warranty left. Claims it is like brand new, without any damage or signs of use at all. He is selling it in its original package with a receipt and everything that came along with it.
Some of my friends are telling me I would be crazy if I wouldn't buy it, despite the fact that it has been used, and some of them are being skeptical, assuring me that it sounds a bit like too good of a deal and that it is better to buy a brand new GPU, even if it is more expensive, saying "better safe than sorry".
Also, the reason he is selling it is the upgrade to 1070ti.
Any comment, first hand experience with these GPUs, used PC component purchasing etc. is more than welcome :)

Solution
Well if he shows you the warranty, the tag where shows how much he paid and does it work, of course you would buy it.
But there isn't much diffirence between models except cooling solution.
Well my opinion is go for it.
pozz btw.
