Blue yeti Heavy static noise on pc, but not when listening from built in 3.5 inch headphone jack

This issue started happening overnight, It seems to only be one of the channels that does this behavior.

I appreciate the sound file, but this question has to little diagnosable content.
You know half of a mic works, and anything else could be the problem.
Work your way up the chain: change out the cable, usb port, computer, DAW, all hardware and software settings in between.
Based on the info here I'd say something's broken/taken-away, or there's a fan-on-in-the-room/something-added.
