I recently built a new PC with an ASUS Prime Z370 A MoBo and Core i7 8700k CPU.
I installed two (2) Samsung 960 Pro 512GB M.2 SSD's in a PCIe RAID 0 configuration.
I also installed a Blu Ray drive at SATA 2 and two (2) Samsung 850 EVO 2TB SSD's at SATA 3 & 4 (I avoided SATA Ports 1, 5 & 6 since the M.2 config may interfere with them per the MoBo user guide).
No matter what I do, I can get Windows 10 Pro 64 bit to recognize only one (1) of the Samsung 850 EVO drives.
Both Windows Explorer and Admin Tools>Disk Management only sees one when both are installed at SATA 3 & 4, yet both appear when I install them individually on SATA 3 or 4 (the Blu Ray drive at SATA 2 is always there).
I even tried disconnecting the Blu Ray drive and installing the 850 EVO's at SATA Ports 2 & 3 and 2 & 4 still with only one (1) appearing.
Any insight and assistance greatly appreciated.
