Brand new build, first time building. Spent months researching parts and finally picked up the last one yesterday. Installed, plugged the whole thing in, turn it on, lights on the MB and all my fans kick on. Front panel LEDs on, SSD activity LED on, but no video signal to the monitor

Read about 1000 threads, dreamt several times overnight that it actually worked fine, woke up disappointed several times.

Picked up a case speaker to try to troubleshoot today, no beeps at all

Unplugged literally everything down to the CPU (yes I replaced thermal paste) and rebuilt. Tried to kick it on with just the CPU and HSF plugged in. Still no beeps.

Really praying it's not my MB but would make sense based on my previous experiences installing car parts/home improvements/etc

*Note*
I think maybe I just didn't pay attention to my CPU. While I was looking up the model name I saw that it doesn't have integrated graphics. If that means what I think it does it sounds like my CPU doesn't handle graphics and that I need a GPU. Can someone please tell me I'm just an idiot and that I don't already need to replace my MB?

Solution
Had pretty much same when building last PC for my friend. Tried everything (incl. summoning Gabe Newell himself by sacrificing spare RAMs) and nothing helped. After some time I realized that BIOS was not compatible with the NEW series of CPUs. I had to take older CPU, put it in, update BIOS and then replace CPU. And guess what. This information was not published anywhere. I even returned the MB THREE times to shop and changed for different ones.

It will cost you some money, but any PC repair shop should be able to do that.
