Can't connect to router login to get pppoe password

I can't connect to my router's login IP address i.e. 192.168.32.1 It says refused to connect. I want to connect to get my pppoe password. Resetting the router isn't an option and I don't want to connect with Ethernet cable as I don't have it currently. Are there any other options for me?

Did you change the ip to log into it?? Cant say I've heard of that ip address to log into any modem/router

No, I didn't change the ip address but it's the default gateway IP address

assuming your connected via WIFi to your network, open a cmd window, type ipconfig /a what address do you have for gateway ?
likely that is your router ip address/.

Not all routers allow administration via wireless. Also try clearing your browser cache.
