I have just upgraded my GPU to Msi RX 580 gaming x 8 gb, my old GPU Nvidia gt 730 was working just fine but after installing my new GPU there is no signal on my monitor. The CPU is running just fine. I tried booting with my old GPU then system starts up normally.

My system configuration is

Fx 6300 CPU
Msi 970 gaming motherboard
Kingston hyperx fury 16 GB ddr3 ram (8*2)
Corsair VS550 power supply
Samsung Evo 500 GB ssd

Please help

Solution
my solution was......removed old gpu from slot 1 and fitted rx580 to slot 1. then I used DDU(driver display uninstaller) and unstalled nvidia drivers. Then I installed amd driver. After that my rx was working perfectly with no problems. If you get no display after fitting rx gpu. First put old gpu then uninstall nvidia driver. then put rx in slot 1. Put display cable on motherboard and then install amd driver. then put cable back to gpu and display should work

Tried that too but nothing happened. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. I'm new to this, PC is working fine with my old GPU

I didn't get any solution, maybe the card was faulty. I've purchased card online so I've requested a replacement but I've yet to receive any reply from them.

Yes, I've connected 8 pin power connector to the graphic card and even changed my PSU too. New PSU CORSAIR RM 750x 750 watt power supply, and my monitor is LG 24MP59G
