Solution
Seasonic Focus+ 650 80+ Gold is one of the latest PSUs released by Seasonic and it will do great. S12II and M12II EVO series come with 5 years of warranty but Focus+ 650 80+ Gold comes with 10 years of warranty. It's also more energy efficient than S12II and M12II EVO series since it's 80+ Gold while other two are 80+ Bronze. Build quality wise, all 3 are good choices.

Oh, S12II series PSUs are fully wired and those give you great headache in cable management. M12II EVO and Focus+ are fully modular.

All my 3 PCs: Skylake, Haswell and AMD are also powered by Seasonic. (Full specs with pics in my sig.)
I have M12II-850...

Out of the four, Seasonic unit is far above others when it comes to the PSU's build quality.
Though, 620W is cutting quite close since RX 580 is 185W GPU. Two of them would consume about 370W and if you add the rest of the system to it at about 200W then you end up with 570W. But since you plan to undervolt GPUs, you should be safe wattage wise.

I have M12II-850 EVO in my Haswell build and i'm planning to switch it out with Focus+ 650 as well but i'm planning to go with 80+ Platinum edition for better efficiency.
