Hi, what would you upgrade to my pc, or in what order, if you were me?
These are my pc's specs:
CPU: i5-7600k
GPU: GTX-950
Motherboard: MSI H110M PRO-D
CPU Fan: standard intel
Ram: 8gb
HDD: 1x1TB, 1x300GB
SSD: no

Solution
Depends on your usage and if gaming, what games you play. Most likely a PSU first if your current is low-quality, then the GPU. Then probably re-evaluate after that based on your usage (if more RAM or an SSD will benefit you more).

I said *if* it was low-quality. You didn't provide any information about it, yet the information about your PSU is absolutely crucial to any upgrade plan.

Low-quality PSUs typically have some combination of poor protections, poor efficiency, poor voltage regulation, capacitors with shorter lifespans, and do a poorer job at filtering ripple. The negative effects of these (except for efficiency, which is a cost issue) can include decreased dependability of the PC and damage to PC components whether sudden or spectacular (some PSUs will simply destroy components) to subtler long-term damage.
