Hi,which monitor would have better resolution, better image quality, better contrast, just everything.
I was doing some search for 4K monitors and normal ones mostly uses is for movies, youtube videos and overall use except gaming.
I put some links
4K Monitor

LG one has 1.073 billion (8bit + FRC) and panel type is IPS,which is awesome, best panel out there now.
FULL HD Monitor
Samsung one has 16.7million colours, which is 8 bits too.Has VA type Panel which is slightly worse than IPS.

My current graphics card is a MSI NVIDIA GTX 1050 Ti 4GB,
if i choose the LG,will i be able to reproduce 8Bits or i need like a firepro or nvidia quadro, same question for the samsung?
Also, why 8 bit + FRC has 1.073billion colours and Samsung only 16.7? is because of the FRC?
NOTE: I know i will also need a HDMI 2.0 or HDMI 2.0a/b to get 60Hz,because HDMI 1.4 gives max 30Hz and thats low.
Thank you for answers.
