Problems with hearing sound,please read this i need help! Please!

I plugged in my speakers,in realtek sound manager,when i click the play button to test out stereo,i can hear the sound very clear..But sound from youtube,sound from games,sound from music,sound of anything does not work..I can hear the system error sound for example,but noone of the above i listed i cant hear..

Open up the sound applet from control panel and choose the realtek as the default sound device, it's probably set to the sound device on your video card. just typing sound into cortana will usually get the applet open.
