Should i upgrade?

I have a GTX 1050 TI 4GB and a CPU that is: i5-650

For me i don't like it! Should i upgrade? My dad says no but i want. It's like 6-8 years old!

That proccessor is very old. If you want better performance for a reasonable price getting an intel pentium g4560 would increase the performance of your system. However if you do have a bigger budget an i3 6100 would be a better fit for your 1050ti

I personally believe its worth the upgrade

I would even buy some i7 for that socket and see if it suits you.
It won't be the best on the world, but it will still have some power and will be better than your current CPU.
