Can my pc run a GTX 1060 6GB?

I was wondering if i can run a GTX 1060 6 GB with my pc.
My Specs: PC - Dell Precision T1500
PSU: 350 W non-EPA
CPU: Intel Core i7 870 @ 2.93GHz
RAM: 16.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 664MHz (9-9-9-24)
Motherboard: Dell Inc. 0XC7MM (CPU 1)
Graphics
ASUS Monitor (1920x1080@60Hz)
1024MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 7300 Series (Sapphire/PCPartner)
Storage
1863GB Hitachi HUA723020ALA641 (SATA)

You would need a new PSU your CPU would hold back its full potential in many games but you can use it with just a new PSU good brand 450W+

I would agree with Simon12 here, not to mention that 300w PSu will not have the PCIE 6+2 connector to power the GTX 1060 anyways

Yes the computer is OK for it. If the PSU doesn't have the 6 pin PCIe cable then you will need to upgrade that. Be sure th 5V power is as high on the new one as the old one. Some Dells use that a lot,some newer ones don't. Read the label on your PSU. EVGA is pretty good about 5V. power.
