Hoping I can get an idea if this is necessary for one and then if it is possible. I’m considering an upgrade of my graphics card for Minecraft PC. But - my processor should be 3.1ghz and it is only 3.0ghz. Would it be possible for the 3.0 to suffice?
If not - I would attempt to overclock but it’s an Intel Core 2 Duo E8400. Seems that I may not be able to? It’s in an HP Compaq 8000 Elite SFF that I wasn’t planning to use for any gaming when I bought it refurbished two weeks ago.
