My wifi network name has been changed and no internet acces in all devices

Yesterday. I was browsing the internet and at once a massage says no internet access.

I went to the wifi settings and I found that the network name had been changed to (Mr. Ketchup was here?) And I was signed out from the network

I entered the password it connects but there is no internet access..

Sounds like someone accessed your router and changed the settings. If yours and you are the administrator, I would reset the router, admin password, and wireless network config. I would also disable external/remote access.
