New MOBO, RAM and CPU. Is a fresh install necessary?

Hey,
So I am upgrading my Motherboard, Ram and CPU. Is a full wipe needed? If so how can I fully wipe a drive with windows installed on it?

That depends on your usage.. Gaming and doing things that require Max performance.. yes.. General use no. You can get around it if you know how to purge old drivers but that can be a tedious process when moving from AMD to Intel or back
