Physically "Backwards" Graphics Cards?

I have a Dell Optiplex 745 MT(yeah I know, but I got it for free and I'm making it better). There is no way to put a double slot/double wide GPU in it as it takes up the top slot on the back of the tower.

I know this might sound weird, but are there any backwards GPU's? I'm not using any of the other slots below the GPU so there's plenty of space. I just don't know if anybody manufactures one.

Gpus install upside down, so even if they take up the top slot, a double takes top and 1x below that, a triple takes top and 2x below. Unless that board is a BTX design (extremely rare now) which is a right side access not left side access (ATX) which even then, the pcie slot is low on the board allowing for tall gpus right side up.

I suppose you could try a PCIe riser cable and try mounting where you can make fit. Something like this:

I don't recommend this, but it could work.
