Hi i have a gaming pc i built and do not have a restore point i have searched the internet for months and have tried many ways to reset my pc completely for a fresh start but it will not let me just says pc cannot reset no changes were made and i tried a clean install today and it wont do that either can anyone give me any advice on the verge of just throwing it out at this point.
