Hey guys. So I'm building my first GAMING PC (build is at the bottom with games I'm intending to play) and the only part that's left are these RAMs below.
What I need your guys' help for is:

MAIN DOUBT 1) Will there be a significant difference on the performance of these RAMs (both DDR4 8gb 2400Mhz but -C14 (14-16-16-31) VS CL=17)?

2) Does the heat shield make a significant difference on the temperature and durability?

RAMs:
-Crucial DDR4 1x8gb 2400Mhz CL 17 (cheapest) http://www.crucial.com/usa/en/ct8g4dfs824a

-Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 1x8gb 2400Mhz http://www.corsair.com/en-gb/vengeance-lpx-8gb-1x8gb-ddr4-dram-2400mhz-c14-memory-kit-black-cmk8gx4m1a2400c14
(*corsair site says it's compatible with intel x99 series, so it won't work with my b250m?)

3) For this build and the games I'm intending to play (excellent monitors and the highest graffics aren't important to me, nor is overclocking) will 1x8gb be enough or should I buy 2x8gb? I can buy 2x8gb if you guys say it's essential.

Here's my budget build:
MOBO MSI 250m VH
CPU Pentium G4560
GPU Zotac 1050ti mini
HD WD blue 1tb, SSD WD green 120gb, PSU EVGA 430W 80+white

Main Games:
Dark Souls 3
The Witcher 3
Ni-Oh
PUBG (maybe)
Fortnite
-Various Indie games that I'm sure will work no problem.

Thank you for your patience and time :) I appreciate any help.

edit NOTE: I've seen the list of RAM compatibility with my MOBO+Kaby Lake CPU and these memories don't show there. But I've heard this list only shows the tested memories, not meaning the non-listed RAMs won't work, am I correct? Do you know if the RAM I picked will work?
